Trocaire, CAFOD and SCIAF invite tenders for a Baseline Exercise for their Joint Civil Society Development Programme in Ethiopia Trócaire, CAFOD and SCIAF have recently re-developed their joint Civil Society Development Programme programme in Ethiopia. As part of their commitment to monitoring progress and programme impact, they intend to conduct a baseline survey for the programme in the coming months and are currently looking for a consultant to support and lead this interesting process.
