Title: End of Project Evaluation

AAH-I is an African-led, international non-governmental organization, based in Nairobi, Kenya, that supports livelihood-challenged communities in Africa to sustainably improve their standard of living. AAH-I works in Uganda, Zambia, Somalia, Kenya and South Sudan where it implements programmes in basic services (health, water, hygiene and sanitation, and education), food security and livelihoods, environmental management, and climate change; humanitarian relief and logistics, and conflict mitigation and peace building.

EED has funded AAH-I to implement Peace Building project in Maridi, Mundri West, Wonduruba, and Otogo Payams in the Republic of South Sudan. CAPOR’s objective is to support peaceful return and reintegration process through use of Information, Education and Communication strategies. CAPOR mainly works with youth groups and trains them on the use of drama, puppetry and music to disseminate peace and conflict mitigation messages with the aim of rallying communities together for development. As part of the donor contract requirement, AAH-I intends to hire a consultant to conduct an end-of-project Evaluation.

AAH-I South Sudan programme therefore invites eligible individuals/consultants/institutions to express their interest in conducting the End-of-Project Evaluation in Central and Western Equatoria States of South Sudan. They should provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services sought and submit their expression of interest for pre-qualification. The complete set of the prequalification document must be in English.

• Consultant/institution Profile
• Availability of appropriate technical skills/capacities
• Financial statements (minimum 3 years)
• Proven track record for carrying out similar evaluations in similar conditions
• Any other document is welcome

Information to all interested companies/firms:

1. Participation in this EOI is absolutely free of charge or any other costs or any obligations. In this respect, your company is requested to report to AAH-I management should any solicitation occur.
2. Failure to provide information that is essential for effective evaluation of the applicant’s qualification or to provide timely clarification or sub substantiation of the information, the Company/firm, may result in the applicant’s disqualification.
3. Information given by the applicant shall be treated in strict confidence.
4. Hand-written or expressions of interest which do not comply with any condition of this invitation will not be considered.
5. Any document received after the deadline time and date shall be rejected. AAH-I reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not abound to give reasons for its decision.
