PURPOSE OF THE JOB Establish and maintain financial management procedures for FH South Sudan. The Finance Coordinator supervises and coordinates finance employees and office services under his/her authority to ensure compliance with FH financial policies and procedures, and to ensure activities are performed in an accurate and timely manner. The post holder provides advice and support to budget-holders in the area of financial grant management, including support with financial monitoring, reporting, auditing, and compliance with donor regulations. This position will actively develop this role in response to evolving needs as the organization continues to grow and develop. The post holder will also assist with setting up the internal audit function, including developing policies and audit tools, and conduct audits. The Finance Coordinator should also abide by ethical and professional standards of confidentiality of all organization accounts and business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Key Result #1 – Grant Management (approximately 30% of time).

Key Result #2 – Coordination (approximately 25% of time).

Key Result #3 – Budgeting and Reporting (approximately 20% of time).

Key Result #4 – Sub awards (approximately 15% of time).

Key Result #5 – Training and Capacity Building (approximately 10% of time).
