Aspen Medical works with government and NGOs (non-government organisations) to bring essential healthcare services to wherever they are needed following natural disasters or in countries emerging from conflict. Our expertise in delivering healthcare solutions in remote, challenging or under-resourced environments is central to ensuring a successful outcome for our clients and the local population in the affected region.

Aspen Medical has been announced as the preferred supplier and has commenced discussions with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to support the provision of a 100 bed Ebola Treatment Unit (ETU) in Sierra Leone.

Under the proposed arrangement, we will be responsible for all services provided in the ETU, including clinical and logistics. This service will be coordinated as part of the UK’s efforts for Ebola treatment in Sierra Leone to treat Sierra Leone citizens that have contracted Ebola.
